The project’s lead partner is the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety (DLPS), with the primary partners being the New Jersey Department of Health; the Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse; the New Jersey State Police; the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts; the New Jersey State Parole Board; New Jersey Probation Services; the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, Division of Child Protection and Permanency; the Drug Enforcement Administration and High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area; the County Prosecutors’ Association of the State of New Jersey; and the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police.
