Other project partners include LDH’s Office of Public Health/Bureau of Health Informatics, the LDH/Medicaid offender pre-release enrollment project manager, the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, the New Orleans Division of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Gulf Coast High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, the Louisiana Supreme Court Drug Court Program, the Child Welfare Division of the Department of Child and Family Services, the Jefferson Parish President’s Office, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, the New Orleans Health Department, Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Day Reporting Center, Orleans Parish Criminal Court Judges, the City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge Office of the Mayor-President, East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, the St. Tammany Parish President’s Office, GEO Covington Day Reporting Center, St. Tammany Parish Diversion Court, St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office, and the four local governing entities that provide state-funded substance abuse treatment in the targeted parishes: Capital Area Human Services District, Florida Parishes Human Services Authority, Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority, and Metropolitan Human Services District.
